Have you ever wondered how chocolate is made

First, the cocoa pods are splitand whats in side is covered for six days to be fermented then they are left to dry in the sun.

Next, the beans are taken to factories then they are crushed into a liquid called coco liqueur.

Then the coco liqueur is made into cocoa butter and powder.

Then a mixture  made out of coco liqueur butter and powder is needed in a process called counching.

To make the chocolate  in block form they simply pour liquid chocolate into a mold
They melt chocolate to make it a liquid
And just poar small drops onto a tray to make drops

Any other ingredients are added before they are delivered in liquid solid or drop form.
